Hidden Spark have developed Quality Reports (QA) for iPads/tablets. Reduce paperwork and the risk of lost reports. Users simply log in, click a score for each checklist item, and type in a comment if necessary. Scores are automatically generated and saved based on ratings for each item.
Reports are authorised via digital signature. Signatures may be signed via stylus, touch, or a mouse.
Data is saved and may be analysed by date range or by score. Flag issues based on results.
