Ventura Health, part of the EBOS group, is a multi-brand retail pharmacy company operating in multiple locations across Australia, providing prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and health services. Ventura Health approached Hidden Spark to help improve operational efficiency and was looking for an IT partner to support their franchises Australia-wide.
Solution
Development of an Intranet site, a bespoke product allocation system, consolidated website and email hosting services. Worked on a support model to provide IT services to multiple retail chemist franchises across Australia.
Approach
The process started with a detailed requirements gathering session discussing challenges, pain points and a collection of services that needed improvement. Ventura Health and Hidden Spark collaborated on areas where Hidden Spark could help add value to Ventura Health.
