Collexa's primary goal was to improve collaboration, increase operational efficiency and to use the latest in AI technology to enable them to achieve these goals. Despite their experienced reputation, they faced several challenges with high operational costs and compliance issues.
Solution
Implemented AI Voice-based technologies, an Intranet based on Sharepoint for document and workflow collaboration, and a website based on WordPress with a client portal. Record keeping for compliance and Cyber Security.
