Challenge
Venus Windows Solutions strives to be a high performing organisation looking to improve order processing, inventory management and customer relationship management. The solution required an easy to use client management system allowing clients to view and process orders while simplifying back of house operations. The primary goal was to improve operational efficiencies by simplifying the ordering process for clients while improving automation workflows.
Solution
A bespoke client management system integrated with their website to offer wholesale clients an ordering system integrated with inventory management system. Multi-factor authentication, integration with SMS gateway.
Approach
The project started with a series of workshops with a current state analysis and target state design. Detailed data analysis and workflow mapping exercises were conducted to work out a data model to ensure product specifications were accurately captured.
